General Information Fully furnished 2 bed terraced house with off road parking. Fully furnished and equipped. Communal pool. Close to amenities, including, shops, supermarkets, banks and restaurants. Only a short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses and the beach. (Sleeps up to 5) This house has been tastefully furnished throughout by the owners who have set a standard that they would expect when renting a property themselves. The Accommodation As you enter the house you will be greeted by the 2 matching sofas offering comfortable seating for 5 people. The curtains and pictures and little items all add up to a quality feel. The building standard is also very high in this house and the lovely built in glass units add a very nice touch to the room. The Television comes with a digital service which includes the 5 UK terrestrial channels, Sky Movies, Sports, Living etc and even UK radio stations. A portable stereo CD and tape player is also provided. A ceiling fan is fitted in the lounge. In the dining area there is a table and 4 chairs. sliding doors lead from the dining area into a utility area where the boiler and washing machine are located. This area can be used for storage and as a drying area. From the dining area you enter the open kitchen which is fully fitted and offers a good choice of storage cupboards. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave oven. The property comes fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen items including a toaster, kettle, saucepans, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. There is also a ground floor cloakroom with w.c and wash hand basin. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and a tall chest of drawers. A ceiling fan is fitted in the bedroom and sliding doors lead out onto the sun terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a chest of drawers with table lamp and a tall set of drawers. This bedroom also has a fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan. All the necessary bedding including pillows, sheets, duvets etc are provided. The main bathroom is located upstairs and is fully tiled and has an attractive vanity unit, bath with over head shower, bidet and w.c. And for the cooler months there is an electric wall heater. Bath and hand towels are provided. Outside there is a tiled garden with off road parking and a covered ground floor terrace. An external table and 4 chairs plus 2 sun loungers are also provided. Location The location is another plus with the Villamartin Plaza only a short walk away where you will find a supermarket, and doctors surgery together with a vast choice of restaurants and bars. Villamartin Golf Club is located next to the Plaza and if you have a car, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are only 10 minutes drive away. For the beach lovers there is an endless choice along the nearby coast and the closest beach at La Zenia is one of the most popular and again is only 10 minutes away by car. This is a very popular area for traditional holiday makers and golfers . Prices
Weekly rental rates in pounds (£) and euros (€) Cleaning charge of €50 euros payable on arrival The Local Area Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
