The property has off road parking and a garden, a covered ground floor terrace, upper bedroom balcony and large roof top solarium with sea view. The Accommodation Downstairs the living area is spacious with a offers nice comfortable furnishings. The lounge has a sofa and rocking arm chair, a coffee table and wall units with television and digital TV system. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs. The open American style kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an oven & hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. A toaster and kettle are provide together with all the necessary cooking utensils, saucepans, cutlery and crockery. The downstairs cloak room has a w.c and wash hand basin. Upstairs the 2 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and each room has 2 single beds. Bedding is provide for both bedrooms. From the main bedroom there are patio doors that lead onto a terrace. The full family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. There is a large roof solarium with view of the sea and surrounding area. The lovely well maintained communal pool is overlooked from the house. Location The location is another plus with the Villamartin Plaza only a short walk away where you will find a supermarket, and doctors surgery together with a vast choice of restaurants and bars. Villamartin Golf Club is located next to the Plaza and if you have a car, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are only 10 minutes drive away. For the beach lovers there is an endless choice along the nearby coast and the closest beach at La Zenia is one of the most popular and again is only 10 minutes away by car. Weekly rental rates in pounds (£) and euros (€) The Local Area Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment. Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car. The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
