General Information
Fully furnished 2 bed apartment in lovely complex. The apartment is situated up one flight of stairs and includes 2 bathrooms including an en-suite, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, covered terrace to the rear, digital TV package, hot and cold air conditioning in bedrooms and communal pool.
The Accommodation
The apartment is bright and spacious with a large kitchen with everything you need to cater for a holiday or long term stay. Equipment includes oven, hob and extractor, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. In addition all the necessary cups, saucers, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans are provided.
The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and is situated conveniently close to the kitchen. The lounge has seating for 5 with 2 sofas, one which converts to a bed. The matching furniture includes a wall unit, TV stand and coffee table. All the finishing touches including curtains, lights and pictures give this apartment a comfortable and luxurious feel to it. Sliding doors at the end of the lounge lead out onto the covered terrace where a table and 4 chairs provide a comfortable place to enjoy the view of the well maintained communal grounds and lovely pool. Location
Situated only a short walk from the plaza at Villa Martin with its large choice of restaurants and bars, bank, chemist, doctor, supermarket and shops. Also next to the plaza, the Villa Martin Golf Club. A short drive will take you to 2 other golf courses and the nearest beach at La Zenia is only 10 drive away.
Those who like a more active holiday will not be disappointed with many other activities to chose from locally including horse riding, cycling, quad bikes, go karts, scuba diving and even paint balling.

The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
Although there are some facilities within walking distance, the visitor would benefit from the use of a car to take full advantage of what the area has to offer. By car there is a choice or 3 golf courses within minutes of the apartment, add to this a seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches and clear blue sea and you will soon see the benefits of a car.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
