General Information
Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment with views of the communal swimming pool (Sleeps 4 to 6). This lovely property is furnished to a high standard and is situated on Zenia Mar Phase 4. The property benefits from a wonderful sunny roof terrace and faces the lovely communal swimming pool. With the added benefit of air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, this property is in a great location and is an ideal rental for families.
The Accommodation
On
the ground floor there is a nice living room/dining room, with table, chairs,
and a sofabed. The lounge has TV/DVD and radio. Patio doors lead to a furnished
terrace with a view of the communal swimming pool. The lounge has
air-conditioning. Open plan fitted modern kitchen with oven, dishwasher,
fridge-freezer and microwave oven.
2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning. Bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC. Utility room with washing machine.
On
the first floor there is a 2nd Bathroom bath/shower,
basin and WC. Further room
with sofabed where 2 children can sleep, chairs and a table.
Private roof top solarium(40mē) with a view of the communal swimming pool, furnished with table, 6 chairs, loungers, BBQ.
All
bed linen and bath towels are provided.

Location
Walking distance to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market. 10 - 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Playa Flamenca. Short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses.
Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.
Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.
The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
