General Information
Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with views of the communal swimming pool (Sleeps 4). This lovely property is furnished to a high standard and is situated on Zenia Mar Phase 4. The property benefits from air-conditioning and is well furnished, this property is in a great location and is an ideal rental for families.
The Accommodation
As with all Zenia Mar properties the quality is high and the room feels large and clean with light marble floor and fine furnishings including a double sofabed. The front door leads out onto the large area for alfresco dining. The lounge also has Satellite TV installed, DVD (selection of DVD's) and CD Player and benefits from air-conditioning.
Fully fitted kitchen with sink and drainer, electric oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave. Separate door to utility room with washing machine.
Bright and Spacious twin bedroom, with double sliding wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. Twin bedroom with large double built in sliding wardrobes.
Fully tiled family Shower room with shower, basin and toilet.
Spacious ground floor terrace with plenty of space for outside dining and views of the swimming pool. Full sue of the beautiful communal swimming pool included.

Location
Walking distance to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market. 10 - 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Playa Flamenca. Short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses.
Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.
Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.
The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
