General Information
Superb 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor south facing apartment (Sleeps up to 2). This lovely property has air-conditioning in the lounge and is situated on Zenia Mar Phase 1. The property also benefits from a wonderful balcony with view of the lovely communal swimming pool. This property is in a great location and is an ideal rental for couples and singles.
The Accommodation
The front door leads into the bright and spacious lounge, which two settees. The lounge has TV, Satellite, DVD player with selection of DVD's. The lounge also has air-conditioning. The lounge is open plan and also has a dining table that seats 4 people. To the front are sliding patio doors providing access to the large balcony with table and chairs with outside lighting and view of the pool. Ideal for alfresco dining with all day sun and long into the evening.
The fully fitted kitchen has sink and drainer, electric oven, hob and extractor, large fridge freezer and microwave. It is fully equipped with electric kettle, toaster and all cutlery and crockery. Separate door to utility room with washing machine.
The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed and double sliding wardrobes and built in draws.
Fully tiled family bathroom with four piece suite. Bath with shower mixer and shower curtain, basin, toilet and bidet.
With full use of the lovely large communal swimming pool and gardens with shaded umbrellas this is truly a value for money holiday home, close to the beaches and restaurants.

Location
Walk to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market. 10 - 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Playa Flamenca. Short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses.
Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.
Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.
The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
