General Information
Beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor south facing apartment (Sleeps up to 4). This lovely family owned property is furnished to a high standard is situated on Zenia Mar Phase 2. The property benefits from a wonderful sunny patio and is close to the lovely communal swimming pool. This property is in a great location and is an ideal rental for families.
The Accommodation
The front door leads into the bright and spacious lounge, beautifully furnished with new sofa. The lounge has TV, DVD player and Video Player with selection of Videos. The lounge is open plan and also has a dining table that seats 4 people. To the front is a window and the front door providing access to the large sunny patio with table and chairs, outside lighting and plenty of room for sunbathing. Ideal for alfresco dining with all day sun and long into the evening.
The fully fitted kitchen has sink and drainer, electric oven, hob and extractor, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It is fully equipped with electric kettle, toaster, blender and all cutlery and crockery. Separate door to utility room with washing machine.
The master bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, double sliding wardrobes and built in draws. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, sliding wardrobes and built in draws.
Fully tiled family bathroom with four piece suite. Bath with shower mixer and shower curtain, basin, toilet and bidet.
The property has standing fans available for each room and a cot and pushchair can be hired.
With full use of the lovely large communal swimming pool and gardens with shaded umbrellas this is truly a value for money holiday home, close to the beaches and restaurants, an ideal family holiday rental.

Location
Walking distance to local amenities including shop, bars, restaurants and Saturday market. 10 - 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Playa Flamenca. Short drive to a choice of 3 golf courses.
Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.
Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.
The Local Area
Activities in the area include golf with a choice of 3 local courses only 10 minutes away by car, beaches stretching the length of the nearby coastline, horse riding, go-karting, tennis and water sports. Scuba diving schools also operate in the area. If you really want to see more of what the area has to offer then family bike hire can be arranged and bikes delivered to the apartment.
The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Haberneras Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location. The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.
